Europe on a Budget (Part 4)

Another way to travel Europe on a budget is to not buy any travel guides. Yes you hear me. Stop wasting money buying those travel guides! Travel guides are costly and can easily set you back by $30 to $40 per book. Imagine if you were going to cover more than 3 countries! That would cost you $100 over just on travel guides alone.

You can simply go to the library to borrow a travel guide and make notes on the places that you will like to visit. Photostat the relevant pages and you will have a much lighter hand luggage to carry with you.

Another way will be to bring a laptop or a netbook. Yes, you might not be able to get connection all the time but it will come in handy especially if you are looking for information on the city that you are visiting.
